The cost would be a fraction of the cost of new windows. I was intrigued. The thought of not adding glass to the landfill, and I must admit, saving money at the same time was an added plus! The Glass Guru guy worked his magic on the windows and replaced a couple that he said couldn't be saved with new ones. They look wonderful, and now, so does my view of beautiful Rossmoor!
